Second Draft
I am nearly done with my extended essay overall. It has taken a complete turn, from the analysis of three politicians to only one, Donald Trump. At first, I was skeptical of this new change, however, later on, I understood how the essay becomes more focused and I had an easier time analyzing his tweets in comparison to the rhetoric of Sean Spicer or Janusz Korwin-Mikke.
Overall I am very pleased with my work. Although it required a lot more effort for my second draft, it was definitely worth it.
My perspective over the course of this essay on Trump has completely changed. While I started off with my vision of Trump as a power-mongering politician who acquired his power using his stash of money, it has significantly altered. Through analyzing his rhetoric, I have realized that Trump isn't equipped with a third graders tongue but with years of experience in media and social platforms. No wonder Trump has won the presidential elections, even against a tough candidate such as Hillary with a movement of feminism guarding her back.
